TERMS OF SERVICE / TERMS OF SALE – NORDIC EFOILS AB

These terms apply to all purchases from and use of the website and online store operated by Nordic Efoils AB (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Agreement and orders

A purchase becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information, technical errors, or obvious pricing mistakes. Any payment made will be refunded if an order is cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at checkout is accurate.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Any shipping or additional fees are displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, payment is charged at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. In-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–5 business days. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.
The risk for the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

Uncollected shipments returned to us may result in a charge for reasonable return and handling costs.

5. Pre-orders

Products sold as pre-orders will be delivered according to the estimated timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Delivery dates are preliminary and may change.

If full or partial payment is required in advance, this will be clearly stated at checkout or in the product description.

Right of withdrawal for pre-orders applies from the date you receive the goods, unless a statutory exception applies (such as custom-made or clearly personalized products).

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Return procedures are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

When exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • you are normally responsible for return shipping costs

  • you may inspect the product but not use it beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functionality

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply.

7. Warranty and complaints

Unless otherwise stated, a 12-month warranty applies and covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, external damage, or normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

To submit a complaint, contact info@nordicefoils.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the complaint is approved, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a remedy in accordance with the law.

8. Product information and errors

We reserve the right for minor discrepancies in product descriptions, images, and color representation. In case of obvious pricing or informational errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website is the property of Nordic Efoils AB or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. You may submit disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

We reserve the right to update these terms. The latest version is always available on our website.
