PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-orders apply to products that are not yet in stock but can be reserved in advance. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Binding pre-order

Once a pre-order is placed, the product is reserved for you and production or procurement is planned based on incoming orders.

Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled once order processing has begun, unless otherwise approved in writing by Nordic Efoils AB.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


2. Estimated delivery times for pre-orders

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Pre-orders placed before 1 February: approx. 2 months

  • Pre-orders placed between 1 February and 1 April: variable delivery time

  • After 1 April 2025: standard delivery times apply (1–5 business days), depending on the product

All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including production schedules, shipping delays, customs processing, or supplier availability.


3. Payment for pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout or in the product description.


4. Right of withdrawal and complaints

The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws from the date you receive the goods, unless a statutory exception applies, such as for custom-made or clearly personalized products.

If such an exception applies, this will be clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.

Your statutory right to file a complaint applies from the date the product has been delivered.
