SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – NORDIC EFOILS AB

Processing & delivery times

We normally process orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on destination and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping methods

We work with carefully selected and reliable shipping and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Upon receiving your delivery, please:

  • inspect the package for visible transport damage

  • report any damage directly to the carrier

  • contact us as soon as possible at info@nordicefoils.com

Transfer of risk

The risk for the goods passes to you only when you, or a third party designated by you, have received the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Uncollected shipments

For shipments that are not collected within the carrier’s specified time, we reserve the right to charge reasonable costs for shipping, return shipping, and handling.

Delivery delays

If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.

If the delay is significant, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no additional cost, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Incorrect or incomplete address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, additional fees for reshipment or return may apply.
