RETURN, REFUND, WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT POLICY
Complaints (Defective or faulty products)
If a product is defective, damaged, or does not function as intended, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a remedy in accordance with the law, such as repair, replacement, or a refund.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery applies.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:

Improper or incorrect use

External damage or impact

Accidents

Normal wear and tear
Please note: This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods.
Return conditions

The product must be in essentially unchanged condition

You may inspect the product, but not use it beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functionality

Original packaging is recommended but not required
Return shipping & refunds

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal

No restocking or handling fees apply

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase
The return address will be provided once the return request has been confirmed.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken

Digital content where delivery has begun with the customer’s express consent
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)where applicable.
